Pausing a Campaign
Be cautious: Pausing a campaign without the advertiser’s consent may lead to disputes. Always communicate with the advertiser beforehand.
You can pause an active campaign from the Bookings tab:
Find the campaign you'd like to pause and click it.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the close icon.
Select ‘Pause Campaign’.
Enter the campaign name shown under the pause message to confirm. The campaign name will be displayed right under the "Pause Campaign" message.
You can view all paused campaigns in the Booking menu.
⚠️ Important: While a campaign is paused, performance tracking will stop. This may result in partial refunds depending on the campaign’s progress.
