Before you begin

Prepare the following before booking a campaign.
  • Ad platform link — the console address provided by the publisher (e.g., https://{publisher}.adrop.io). If you don’t have it, contact the publisher you want to advertise with.
  • Advertiser info — advertiser name and primary email
  • Business info — business name, business registration number, business registration certificate file
  • Payment method — a card (TossPayments or Stripe)
Register your business info and payment method in Settings > Payment beforehand — they’ll auto-fill during campaign booking so you can move through the flow much faster.

1. Create an ad account

1

Open the ad platform

Open the ad platform link provided by the publisher and sign in.
2

Create an ad account

Click Create Ad Account at the top.
3

Enter account info

Enter the advertiser name and primary email, then click Create Ad Account to complete creation.

2. Book a campaign

Click Create Campaign in the Campaigns menu on the sidebar and proceed through the 4-step booking.

Step 1 — Product selection and schedule

  1. Select the desired ad product. Each card shows the billing type (CPM/CPC/CPP) and the minimum budget.
  2. Set the campaign start and end dates.
  3. If the selected product supports targeting, configure the targeting you want.

Step 2 — Campaign info

  1. Enter the campaign name.
  2. Enter the budget. It must meet or exceed the product’s minimum budget.
  3. Review the expected impressions, clicks, and CTR.

Step 3 — Payment info

  1. Enter the contract manager’s name and email.
  2. Select a payment method.
    • Card — charged at review request via a registered card; unspent budget is refunded automatically after the campaign ends.
    • Manual — settle directly with the publisher (publisher approval required).
  3. Confirm the business info.

Step 4 — Final confirmation

  1. Review the booking summary.
  2. Agree to the booking terms.
  3. Click Request Review.

3. Check the status after booking

  • Once submitted, the campaign status changes to Submitted.
  • When the publisher completes the review, it moves to Booked.
  • On the start date, it automatically becomes Live.
Review results are sent to the primary email and shown in the console notifications.

4. Register creatives

Creatives must be registered at least 72 hours before the campaign starts.
1

Open the creative tab

Click the Creatives tab on the campaign detail page.
2

Add a creative

Click Add Creative and upload an image or video file.
3

Configure details

Enter the destination URL, CTA button, and ad text.
4

Request review

Save and request review. Review can take up to 48 hours.
Only approved creatives are served. Ads do not run until review is complete, so please register creatives with enough lead time.

5. Check performance

Once the campaign is live, check near-real-time performance in the Report menu.
  • Data updates approximately every 10 minutes.
  • Campaign performance can be viewed by creative or date.
