What is an ad account

An ad account is the workspace a single advertiser team uses together. Multiple team members can collaborate within one ad account to book campaigns, manage creatives, and check performance. You need the following to create an account:

Setup after creation

Once you create an account, you can continue configuring the following in the Settings menu.

Ad profile

Manage account name, advertiser name, region, timezone, and language.

Invite members

Invite team members and grant permissions.

Register payment info

Register business info and cards to speed up campaign booking.

Change primary email

Manage the primary email that receives review and billing notices.

The flow from account creation to actual ad delivery.
1

Create and set up the account

Create an advertiser account on the ad platform and register your business info and payment method.
2

Book a campaign

Select an ad product, set the schedule and budget, and request review. See the Campaign Booking Guide for details.
3

Review

The publisher reviews the campaign and decides whether to approve. Results are delivered via email and in-console notifications.
4

Register and review creatives

Register creatives at least 72 hours before the campaign start date. Registered creatives go through a separate review, and only approved ones are served.
5

Ad delivery

Ads go live automatically on the start date. You can add or change creatives during the run.
6

Check performance

Check near-real-time metrics such as impressions, clicks, and cost in the Reports menu.

Campaign states

Campaigns move through the following states from booking to end.

Member permissions

An ad account supports four permission levels.
See Member Management for the full permission matrix.
