How to Check Your Advertising ID (Ad ID: IDFA / ADID)

This guide explains how to find your advertising identifier on both iPhone (IDFA) and Android (ADID) devices.

iOS (iPhone) – Check Your Ad ID (IDFA)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Go to Privacy & Security.

3. Scroll down and tap Tracking.

4. Make sure that app tracking permissions are enabled.

5. Download the app below to view and copy your IDFA: ▶️ ‎Get My IDFA

Note: Due to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy, users must grant permission for apps to track their activity. If tracking is disabled, access to the IDFA may be limited.

Android – Check Your Ad ID (ADID)

1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.

2. Go to Security & Privacy (or similar — may vary by device).

3. Tap Other Privacy Settings.

4. Select Ads.

5. You’ll see your Advertising ID listed here.

6. Optionally, download an app to easily copy your ADID to the clipboard.
